Murua is a grinding and polishing systems for gold, silver and brass alloys. It can process various pieces at same time in one only fully automated step. It is specially designed for goldsmiths, as it allows more time to design, by reducing the time spent on surface finishing work.

The polishing action reaches every corner of the piece, so it can process articulated pieces, such as necklaces, or interior walls which can not be accessed mechanically. - GEMSTONES AND NON-CONDUCTIVE MATERIALS WILL NOT BE AFFECTED
Pieces can be processed without removing embedded gems, which will not be affected and will maintain their original properties. The dielectric parts are also unaffected by the process. - MAINTAINS THE GEOMETRY OF THE PIECE
The process, unlike mechanical ones, does not rounds edges, and can penetrate in all dead zones. These attributes, along with the extraction performance, allows for the creation of new designs, which would not have been feasible until now.

Murua electro polishing is a process that brings shine to your jewelry piece by using a mechanical galvanic process. It does not remove the surface roughness on your piece
A casted jewelry piece that is properly filed with 800 emery paper is a suitable piece for our process. Better the surface of the piece, the better shine you will get
After Murua you would just need to use a soft buff to finish the piece in most cases. You may not need to use a hard buff if the surface of the piece is satisfactory
The gross gold loss is between 2 to 3%
However 70-80% of this gold loss is fully recoverable from the cathode
