• Co-ordinate daily activities such as quotations, invoices, e-mails etc.
• Interact with international customers & liason between customers & our staff in fulfilling customer requirements.

• Support existing customers on daily support issues.
• Installing new machines & calibrating them for set-up.

HSC/Graduates/Diploma Engineering.

• Converting 3D Models of Jewelry from 2D Designs/Sketches.
• Understanding the parameters of jewelry manufacturing while designing models.
• Coordinating with the Project Manager regarding design requirements.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in using software’s such as Rhino/Rhino Jewel & Matrix. Preferably staying in western suburbs.

• Approaching new prospects in Die-Mold & Automotive industry for expanding the scanning services division.
• Giving demonstrations on 3D Scanners ( adequate training would be provided for the same )
• Performing scanning on customer projects both onsite & offsite.
• Troubleshooting scanning issues & maintaining the 3D scanner.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience post degree/diploma in technical sales. Good academic background with good communication skills in English/Hindi. Preferably staying in western suburbs.

• Perform software training on Rhino Jewel software.
• Conduct software demos on Rhino Jewel software.
• Resolve technical issues faced by customers by interacting with our principals in USA & Spain.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Rhino software in jewellery industry with excellent communication skills in Hindi/English.
• Willing to travel across Mumbai & if required out of Mumbai as well. Preferably staying in western suburbs.

• Generate leads for software sales in jewellery industry.
• Achieve monthly targets for software sales.
• Co-ordinate with support department for scheduling demonstrations on customer site.
• Follow-up with clients for orders & payments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales in industrial goods, aptitude for sales & willingness to travel. Preferably staying in western suburbs.
